Udwarthana
Great for melting away excess Kapha and fat.  The body is gently massaged first with warm oil and then with dry medicated powders to improve circulation in the skin and reduce fat tissue below the surface of the skin.  Great treatment for clogged pores, sluggish lymphatic system and cellulite.

EXCITING NEWS!

You may or may not have heard that we will be moving to new premises in the near future.

We will be using our Christmas Fayre here at BLUE PIT MILL on 10th December as an opportunity to say thank you to our loyal and valued customers / friends and to inform everyone about our exciting move to Castleton Health and Leisure Centre.

On the day there will be photographs and information on display and to take away. There may even be the opportunity to have a tour of the new place.

Crewe Industrial Services have been working round the clock to create a beautiful space that will accommodate both True Serenity and Enlightening with the added bonus of a swimming pool and lots of parking next door at Castleton Community Centre.

There are plans to further improve the building formerly known as Castleton Swimming Pool with a Hydrotherapy Pool and Spa facilities so watch this space and come and join us on the 10 to find out more.
